FEES FOR PRIVATE USE
For event of up to 10 people non-refundable deposit of $25.00 will be due at the time of Condo Rental Reservation.
For events over 10 people a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be due at the time of Condo Rental Reservation.
The Condo Rental Rate is $25.00 an hour for members and $50 an hour for non-members.
Park Rental fee is an additional $100.
The Condo rental income will go back into the Condo Budget to cover Condo expenses, general maintenance, and improvements.

This condo is located in the Walthall Building at the corner of Walnut Street and Rebecca Avenue. The Association owns this condo unit and the adjacent green space west of the building. This space is provided for the following purposes:
To provide space for General Membership, Board of Directors, and Committee Meetings, as required.
To provide a place for WF/HHNA members sponsored community social, recreational, or educational events.
To provide, on a rental basis, a place where community members may hold private events or meetings.
